50 to 60 planes piloted by female teams will depart Grand Forks,ND on June 23 arriving at the final destination of Terre Haute, IN by June 26. The ARC organization continues to advocate for women in aviation through its mission of "encouraging and educating current and future female pilots, increasing public awareness of general aviation, demonstrating women's roles in aviation, and preserving and promoting the tradition of pioneering women in aviation."
