Linda SollarsLinda
Sollars is charter member of AWAM. She received her private pilot's license in
1987 while she completed her Masters in Business Administration at the
University of Connecticut. After enjoying a decade long career in the Financial
Services industry and private flying, she left to pursue an education in
aviation maintenance and advanced flying. In 1998 she received her Associates in
Applied Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology, along with her FAA A&P
license and an Electronics Technology Certificate at Frederick Community
College. She
is currently an General Aviation Mechanic, has worked as a commercial pilot for
United Airlines, a Chief Pilot for Atlantic Coast Airlines and is now a Director
at JetBlue working with the Safety Crew. She owns a Cessna T210 and has a Waco UPF-7 restoration
project. |
