 | Rules and eligibility requirements:
The AWAM award must depict women working
in any of the aviation maintenance technology fields. |
 | Original paintings, drawings, prints (excluding photography, computer-generated images and photolithographic reproductions), mixed
media and three-dimensional works, including sculpture, representing any aspect of aviation are eligible. |
 | Works must have been completed after January 1, 1997. |
 | Submit one 35mm slide for each work (maximum three works per artist). Three-dimensional works require three slides, each showing a different
view. |
 | An entry form is to be sent with each slide. Each non-returnable slide must be identified with the artist’s name, entry title an overall
dimensions (do not use tape on slides). |
 | Works selected into the show are to be shipped in sturdy, reusable crates, framed and ready to display. |
 | Prints, drawings and watercolors should be covered with Plexiglas. |
 | There is no entry fee.
