JOB SUMMARY: 

Monitors daily maintenance activities; provides assistance in resolving problems; and improves operation; establishes and implements Station Activity Manual procedures for line stations; identifies training requirements of maintenance production personnel; ensures that only GAC trained, qualified and authorized personnel work on company aircraft in accordance with the GMM. The Manager will coordinate all technical activities regarding Repeater Items; assist Engineering; ensure materials and tooling are in adequate supply at each base for Maintenance personnel; schedule Maintenance Representative rotation and vacation; evaluates Maintenance Representative's work performance such as, troubleshooting, accurate paperwork, expeditious parts handling, and timely communication. Performs performance review, disciplinary actions, salary reviews. Coordinates with applicable parties for scheduling and accomplishment of training to ensure that Maintenance personnel are trained and qualified to perform their duties. 

HS graduate or equivalent. FAA A&P license required plus 7-10 years management experience in a 121 airline operation. Minimum 10 years heavy aircraft experience in line maintenance environment. Must have experience in coordinating and working with various departments to ensure all elements of the required workload are accomplished. Must be able to meet FAR 119.65B.  Candidate must be able to work in a dynamic environment; to prioritize work load in a fast moving work place; to excel in a multiple task environment. Must have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Explorer.
